Who we are

ARC Energy Assessment has been a trusted name in energy efficiency and property services since 2007.

ARC was founded in 2007 by Steve Bloom, one of the first qualified energy assessors in the UK following the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). With nearly two decades of expertise, ARC has since built a reputation for delivering precise, reliable, and professional property assessments across residential and commercial sectors.

Over the years, we have worked with a wide range of clients, from homeowners and landlords to estate agents, property developers, corporate businesses and councils.
